PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition appearing before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5673 of 2018 order dated 25.03.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Manoharan For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5673 of 2018 order dated 25.03.2020, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5673 of 2018 order dated 25.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
