In the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is granted 30 days time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to prefer an appeal and if the appeal is filed within the said time, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the appeal petition without reference to the limitation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
