O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that no application is received by the respondent from the petitioner seeking education loan except the representation. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would go to the office of the respondent and make an application in the prescribed format enclosing the relevant particulars sought for by the Bank.

2. In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent as aforesaid. As and when the petitioner applies to the respondent with the prescribed application for education loan with relevant particulars, the same shall be processed by the respondent as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
