JUDGMENT

It is represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs that the issues raised in the plaint had been settled amicably. An endorsement has also been made withdrawing the suit.

Consequently, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected original applications are also dismissed.
