Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings vide memo No.1063/adm.1/A.4/F.Doc/2013 dated 11.02.2013 for the petitioner's removal of service from the post of field Assistant (T), Varakalpattu, from the service of the 5th respondent with immediate effect ans quash the same and direct

the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner as a Field Assistant with all appropriate back wages and benefits and to direct to pay subsistence allowance till such reinstatement. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Mohanakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.M.Fakkir Mahideen

O R D E R

The order of termination issued by the second respondent in proceedings dated 11.02.2013, is under challenged in this writ petition.

2. Mr.M.Fakkir Mohideen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the writ petitioner has already been reinstated by the respondent Board on 27.12.2017 and he joined duty on 28.12.2017. This being factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be entertained, in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
