This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police station on everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6841 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
