This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddypatty to dispose of the M.C.No.1 of 2013 within a stipulated period. 2.Though notice has been served to the respondents , none appears for the respondents and no representation on their behalf .

3. In view of the fact that the proceedings are pending from the year 2015 onwards, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddypatty to expedite the trial in M.C.No 1 of 2013 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
