Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein in C.O.C.No.21 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 and quash the same and produce the detenue Thiru.Ranjith S/o.Kanthsamy, aged about 26 years, TPDA No.7861 now detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty. 3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
