Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to instruct 2nd and third respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Patta No.133 properties in Membuliyur Village originally standing in the name of Chakrapani Chettiar (petitioner's father) issued by the second respondent as well in the transferred patta No.183 issued by the second respondent in the name of Seetharaman (petitioner's brother) covered under Patta No.133 in Mebuliyur village held by the petitioner's father Chakrapani Chettiar by disposing of the petitioner representation dated 19.10.2017 addressed to the second respondent and further representation 25.10.2017 addressed to all the respondents within the time fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representations dated 19.10.2017 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
25.10.2017, wherein and whereby she sought for inclusion of her name in the Patta No.133 and also in Patta No.183. 2.Heard both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said request has not been considered so far. 4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 19.10.2017 and 25.10.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
