ORDER

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider his representations dated 25.09.2012 and 26.09.2012 to conduct proper survey and issue patta, as per the registered document furnished by him.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2012 and 26.09.2012, to conduct proper survey and issue patta, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.

4. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to conduct survey and consider issuing patta, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, on payment of necessary charges by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2012 and 26.09.2012, for surveying the land and issuing patta and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
