ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the body of Subha, aged about 25 years and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.

petitioner's wife has filed a petition for divorce in HMOP No. 33 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Virudhachalam and summons has also been issued to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
