ORDER

The Writ Petition challenges the order dated 29.01.2003 in C.M.A.No.33/2002 passed by the District Judge, Udhagamandalam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

confirming the order dated 31.07.2001 made in Tha.Thi.2/2001/Sa.pa passed by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Uthagamandam. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the amount payable by the Petitioner to the First Respondent as per the impugned order has been fully paid by the Petitioner and as such, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording that submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
