Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation made by the petitioner on 21.04.2014 is directed to be disposed of by the respondent no.2 by which a request has been made seeking permission to use the passage in S.No.249 to reach his land situated in S.No.248/2B. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the said representation dated 21.04.2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
