A.Nos.2635, 2634 & 2636 of 2022 in O.P.No.1056 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These applications have been filed praying (i) to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent in the above O.P. (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent in the above O.P. (iii) to permit the petitioner/applicant to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 as the legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent in the above OP, respectively.
2.Heard Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner and Mr.R.Lakshmi Ratan, learned counsel for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.
