A.No.2627 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm.Div) DR.No.64601 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J In a proposed suit for a declaration and to recover a sum of Rs.1,41,60,000/- from the defendants, the plaintiff has presented this application for leave to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court.
2. The applicant asserts that the sanction letter was signed by the applicant at Chennai. Therefore, it is stated that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
3. Upon considering the said submissions and on examining the draft plaint, it is evident that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.2627 of 2022 is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court.
