(CRIME NO. 12 OF 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12051 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 in Maruthur police station, Bhuvanagiri taluk, Cuddalore district in Crime No.12 of 2018 viz. 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.09.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.09.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m. till the filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
