O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 30.07.2014 to the respondent no.3 stating that he is in possession and enjoyment of the land situated in Survey No.116 to an extent of 0.005 ares in MGR Nagar, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. However, the patta has been wrongly issued in favour of the respondent no.4. Therefore, the petitioner sought for cancellation of the same and re-entry of his name. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.4.
