[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the fourth respondent bearing C.No.13/ACP/SJHR/SLM(c)/2017, dated 12.08.2017 signed on 29.08.2018 and quash the same and to consequently forbear the respondents from conducting the enquiry based on the anonymous/pseudonymous complaints of the third party. 2.The issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court dated 01.09.2018 in above W.P.No.23720 of 2018 an interim order No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
