This petition has been filed to relax the condition dated 13.04.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.8075 of 2023 in reporting the petitioner everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly. The investigation is still pending.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
