ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners in connection with time barred debt of the complainant.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Fazil Basha, petition enquiry in CSR.No.407 of 2016 is pending before the respondent. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed.
