Heard Mr.E.Mohammed Abbas, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is before this Court on videoconferencing platform, Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Gavaskar, learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 9.

2. Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 reported that he has not received the typed set of papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve entire typed set of papers on the counsel on record for the respondents.
