A.No.2520 of 2022 & OP.No.438 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This petition has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 28.04.2022 passed in O.P.No.438 of 2011 against the applicant/4th respondent and permit the applicant/4th respondent to file counter and to contest the case on merits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

4.In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and no objection being stated by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this application is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to list the matter on 22.08.2022 before the learned Master for continuation of cross examination.
