This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on her complaint dated 25.01.2015 and investigate the same according to law.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police has not received any complaint dated 25.01.2015 and the petitioner also did not produce any acknowledgement card.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 25.01.2015 to the respondent police, who, on receipt of the same, shall conduct enquiry and register a case, if cognizable offence is made out, keeping in view the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
