This petition is filed to bring on record the 3rd petitioner herein as the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent viz., Selvam in the the above appeal.

2. Ms. I. Malar, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the appeal and list the matter for hearing, next week.
