[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] (1)This Court, in continuation and in conjunction of the earlier orders, is passing the following order.

(2)The respondent/contemnor, viz., the Tahsildar, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, has filed a counter affidavit dated 20.02.2020 and it is relevant to extract the tabular column given in page No.2 [paragraph No.1]:- Sl.No Field No Extent [in Hectares] Present Stage of the field 501/1 0.13.0 Patta land [patta No.515] in the name of Rakkia Gounder 504/3 1.42.0 Odai 505/2 0.49.5 Odai 506/2 0.85.0 Odai 506/3 0.55.5 Y.V.Ramamoorthy as Pattadar 507/1 0.70.0 Odai 507/3 1.18.5 Odai 510/2 0.92.5 Vandipathai [Cart Track] (3)Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor, on instructions, would submit that except Field Nos.501/1 and 506/3, encroachments found on the rest of the Survey Numbers/Field Numbers have been removed and on instructions, would further add that there will not be any fresh encroachment or reencroahcment on the said lands. (4)In the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition and therefore, the same is closed. 2/3

(5)However, if the petitioner finds there is fresh or re-encroachment on the said Survey Numbers/Field Numbers, he is at liberty to revive this contempt petition.
