Crl.M.P.No.7338 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7338 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.9513 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., Vide order dated 04.05.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner had been complied with the conditions regularly for sometime. Anyhow, investigation is completed and final report is filed and it is yet to be taken on file by the concerned Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 04.05.2021 is totally relaxed. Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on receipt of summons and to co-operate with the trial proceedings.
