This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 04.02.2015 in C.S.R.No.26 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd Respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.26 of 2015 and the same was closed on 29.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
