This petition has been filed to amend the jurisdictional Magistrate as learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai instead of XXII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.8547 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in his petition for anticipatory bail, he has wrongly mentioned the jurisdictional Magistrate and seeks amendment as the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai instead of XXII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Considering the fact and circumstances, the petition for amendment is allowed. Two weeks time for complying the condition is granted.
