The above petitions are filed for condoning the delay of 1457 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 herein as appellants 2 and 3 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Since sufficient reasons having been given for the delay, these Petitions are ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.

4. Post the Second Appeal for final hearing on 15.07.2021.
