This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Paragraph No.7, to deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property not less than the value of Rs.5 lakhs (standing in the name of the petitioner or his relatives) to the credit of Cr.No.291 of 2019, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Erode.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above said condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one shall be a blood surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. All other conditions imposed by this Court remains unaltered.
