The learned counsel sought the permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to move the District

M. DURAISWAMY,J., sr Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagapattinam and represent the papers along with necessary documents, sought for by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to represent the papers before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum along with necessary documents and convince the Forum with regard to the maintainability of the petition. No costs.
