ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in RCA.No.6 of 2006 dated 12/07/2010 on the file of the Principal Sub-Ordinate Court, (Appellate Authority) Mayiladuthurai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / tenant represented that the respondent/tenant vacated and handed over the premises to the petitioners/landlord and the petitioners are in possession of the same and therefore, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
