Pargunam Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 222 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Patta No.1817, issued in respect of SF.No.449/2, in the name of the 4th Respondent and restore the revenue classification of the said land, as Anadeenam, by considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.03.2023, 27.03.2023 and 01.05.2023.

ORDER

1. This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Patta No.1817, issued in respect of SF.No.449/2, in the name of the 4th Respondent and restore the revenue classification of the said land as Anadeenam, by considering the 1/3

representations of the Petitioner, dated 13.03.2023, 27.03.2023 and 01.05.2023.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents 1 to 3.

3. Though this Writ Petition has been filed in the form of Public Interest Litigation, the learned counsel for the Petitioner has confined the prayer to the limited extent of considering the representations of the Petitioner, dated 13.03.2023, 27.03.2023 and 01.05.2023, by the authority concerned, within a reasonable time.

4. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without expressing anything on merits, the Respondents 1 to 3 are directed to dispose of the representations of the Petitioner, dated 13.03.2023, 27.03.2023 and 01.05.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
