This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.08.2024, wherein, the petitioner wants certain survey numbers to be included in the patta which has been left out.

3/5 2.Heard Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case ad the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.08.2024 which was acted upon and enquiry was conducted and final orders shall be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
