Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the captioned main suit in the previous listings on 12.09.2022 and 12.10.2022, which read as follows: 'Proceedings dated 12.09.2022 Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel for plaintiff is before this Court but there is no representation for the defendants. Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that he requires some time to file written arguments. Request acceded to.

2. In these proceedings, parties shall be referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit for the sake of convenience and clarity.
3. Ms.Varsha Chandrasekhar, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Harishankar, counsel on record for plaintiff is before this Commercial Division. Learned counsel requests for adjournment citing difficulty today for arguing counsel Mr.K.Harishankar. Learned counsel also submits that the counsel for contesting defendant has been informed about this mentioning. Request for adjournment acceded to.

3. The above proceedings will bring to light that captioned suit is at advanced stage. To be noted, captioned main suit is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR ORAL ARGUMENTS'.
3. Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel for plaintiff and Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for first defendant are before this Commercial Division.
4. This Commercial Division is informed that Defendants 2 and 3 were set ex parte on 05.03.2021 and 27.07.2021 respectively.
5. Be that as it may, in the captioned application interim order was granted by another Hon'ble single Judge on 07.10.2020 (interim order before notice to the respondents) and the same was extended until further orders vide proceedings dated 21.04.2021.
6. In the light of the advanced stage of the suit and as both counsel have filed written arguments and are ready to advance oral arguments, no useful purpose would be served by taking up the interlocutory application at this stage.
7. Interim order granted on 07.10.2020 and extended until further orders on 21.04.2021 is made absolute.
Captioned application disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
