This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para 8 as the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.90 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5229 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to get the property document worth Rs.5,00,000/- instead will deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. Hence, he seeks to modify the order imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore in Crime No.90 of 2023 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
