This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5108 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. The investigation has been completed and the final report is laid before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons and co-operate with the trial proceedings, till the disposal of the case.
