The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2014.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 02.11.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 09.11.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
