By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.S.S.Vijayakumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3.The petitioner seeks for sufficient time to produce documents before the first respondent in the appeal which is pending enquiry before the first respondent.

4.The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent and the first respondent called for certain records. For production of those documents, the petitioner has requested for reasonable time by representation dated 22.2.2011. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition hardly one month from the date on which the representation was given and the Writ Petition was admitted on 15.3.2011. Till date, the petitioner has not produced those records nor appeared before the first respondent and four years have passed.

5.In the light of the above no further indulgence can be granted to the petitioner, since even as per her representation dated 22.2.2011, she wanted only four months time. Hence, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 2 & 3 and conduct enquiry in the appeal petition and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
