ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2022 and to grant police protection.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the interim order in her favour, the private respondent is causing trouble in the property and therefore, she has given a complaint to the respondent police.

3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that if there is any disobedience of the order of injunction, the remedy is very much lies under Order 39 Rule 2A of C.P.C. to proceed against the person who disobeys the order. However, since the petitioner has already given a complaint, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they will enquire on the complaint and act as per law.

4. In such view of the matter, no further order is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
