Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to inspect the premises and issue application to the petitioner vide representation dated 04.09.2020 and the 1st respondent's no objection certificate dated 27.10.2020 so as to enable the petitioner to submit the filled application for securing Trade License to commence their business at No.14, G.K.S.Avenue, Thondamuthur Road, Vadavalli, Coimbatore 641 046.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue trade license to enable the petitioner to commence their business. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 10.08.2021, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent to take instructions with regard to the application submitted by the petitioner.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has already furnished the No Objection Certificate from the concerned authority and today, the petitioner has been asked to pay the necessary charges and on payment of the same, the second respondent will issue the trading licence to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
