ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in F.I.R.No.894 of 2016 dated 14.04.2016. 2.
On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.894 of 2016 on 14.04.2016 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have arrested two accused and the investigation is in progress.

Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the F.I.R, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation expeditiously and file either a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closure report or a charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no legal impediment.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
