ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 06.04.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.

Heard Mr.N.S.Suganthan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

The petitioner is placing reliance upon the partition deed dated 25.02.1998 and the sale deed dated 20.09.2000. The petitioner is also relying

upon the joint patta that was issued in Patta Nos.5387, 1459, 1857, 2054, 2056, 1129 and 2055. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Hence, on-line application was submitted by paying the necessary charges. The survey had to be conducted in ten survey numbers and hence, two online applications were submitted. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the online applications submitted by the petitioner and conduct the survey in the subject property, based on the title documents and the joint patta that is relied upon by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the joint patta has been issued, the survey shall be conducted in the presence of all the interested parties.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
