kkd been filed challenging the impugned suspension order issued by the first respondent dated nil.05.2023 and that the suspension order has been revoked by the first respondent and the petitioner has been reinstated in the service. He further submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and hence this writ petition has become infructuous.
