(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to extend the leave for one month from 01.09.2020 to the detenu, Saravanan S/o.Sundaram, aged about 42 years Convict No.7584 at Central prison, Salem in H.C.P.No.1380 of 2020 order dated 01.09.2020.

2.Heard the parties. This Court is not convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
