ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that earlier when the Jail Authority has granted 3 days Emergency Leave to the convict prisoner from 25.01.2023 to 29.01.2023, he failed to report back to the Prison and absconded and that he was arrested only on 27.03.2023.
2. Since the previous conduct of the convict prisoner is unsatisfactory, we are not inclined to consider the prayer sought for in the present petition for grant of ordinary leave.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
