Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent that the complaint given by the petitioner was forwarded to EA Kelambakkam Police Station and the enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the Inspector of Police, EA Kelambakkam Police Station, Kancheepuram District, is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V.
