(Crime No.535 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that he should stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13115 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13115 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020, the petitioner should stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13115 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
