ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station on every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12702 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police Station on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
