Respondents Vikas Vidhayala School Campus, Koolipalayam, 4way Road, Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to revoke the unauthorised approval for converting/regularizing the land to an extent of 8.90 acres of poromboke land in favour of 8th respondent/ Vikas Seva Trust, Tiruppur, taking advantage the 8th respondent is unauthorisedly constructing the building nearby 'Nanjarayan Lake' Tiruppur Town, thereby causing immense threat to the nearby villages, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2022.
